Rectangle Tiger Eye (approx 1" long x 3/4" wide) cabochon beaded ring on bronze band.  Standard bezel stitch on Ultrasuede backing. Nickel Free Antique Brass Ox (oxidized) Floral Finish adjustable band.

Can adjust to fit sizes 6-10, very sturdy and adjustable!  And because of the way they adjust (on top of the finger instead of underneath) they are a much more comfortable fit and don't pinch.
